:) Yes, I am finally getting on track. I have the focus I need and the motivation I was waiting for to get things done.
Good luck with your finances too!

& Sleepytime tea (not Sleepytime Extra) doesn't have Valerian. I've had problems with next day grogginess from Valerian so I try to avoid it. It has Chamomile, spearmint, West Indian Lemongrass, Tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries and rosebuds. It tastes like Chamomile with a few other things in it. It isn't bad at all :)

So good you're getting things back in track. Sounds like you're doing really well. I'm working on getting things together myself, starting finacially. I'm slowly but surely getting my debt paid off, but I need to get into shape so badly! lol.

Do you like the sleepytime tea? What does it taste like? Is it kind of like chamomile tea, or does it have something like valeian root in it?
